Farrah offers monthly one on one nutrition coaching for anyone who is ready to improve their relationship with food, body, and soul. 

Coaching can include specific macronutrient goals to fit individual needs but has a heavy emphasis on food freedom, intuitive eating, and anti-diet culture morals.
